1. Account Delivery

We will not release or provide access to the account until the transaction has been fully confirmed and verified. This includes completing all necessary steps for confirmation, such as payment validation, ensuring the security of the transaction, and clearing any holds or pending actions. Only when we are assured that the transaction is complete, secure, and without any discrepancies will we proceed with account delivery. This policy helps protect both parties and ensures that the transaction process has been carried out safely and accurately.

2. Refunds for Payments from Bank or Card

We will not provide refunds for payments made via bank transfers or credit/debit cards. Once a payment is processed and received, it is final and non-refundable. We strongly advise reviewing your transaction details carefully before confirming any payments to ensure there are no misunderstandings or errors. This policy ensures that we maintain consistency and fairness for all parties involved.

3. Refunds for Full Access Accounts

We do not provide refunds for any Full Access accounts if the transaction is more than 24 hours old. If a purchase is made, it is expected that the account is fully accessed and the transaction is completed promptly. We encourage buyers to address any concerns regarding their Full Access accounts within the first day of purchase to be eligible for potential refunds.

4. Refunds for Nexus Lifetime

Similarly, we will not issue refunds for any Nexus Lifetime purchases that are more than one day old. Once the transaction has passed the 24-hour window, it is considered final, and no refund requests will be honored. This policy is in place to ensure that both buyers and sellers are aware of the time-sensitive nature of these types of purchases.

5. Refunds for Non-Account or Nexus Products

We will not offer refunds for any products purchased other than accounts or Nexus services. All other products, including software, services, or additional items, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are only purchasing the items you intend to receive.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Any fees associated with the buying process or middleman services are not refundable, regardless of the circumstances. These fees are a part of the service and are used to cover processing and handling costs. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these fees are non-refundable.

7. Responsibility for Transaction Fees

We do not cover any fees that may arise during the process of sending payments. This includes transaction fees, wire fees, or any additional charges that might be imposed by financial institutions or payment processors. It is the responsibility of the buyer to account for these additional costs when making payments.

8. Right to Refuse Services

We retain the right to refuse services to any customer without providing a specific reason. This decision can be made at any time, and it is within our discretion to choose not to engage in a transaction or to terminate services if we deem it necessary for any reason.

9. Misuse of Products

We cannot be held responsible for any misuse or inappropriate use of the products by the customers. After delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to use the product in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse or any illegal activities performed with the product will not be supported by us, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from such actions.

10. Redemption and Post-Purchase Support

By redeeming an account, you acknowledge and consent to any issues that may arise thereafter. Compensation will only be provided if the problem originates from our side, such as the account credentials failing to work within 120 seconds after the purchase. If the issue is related to the customer’s actions or any external factor, no compensation will be offered.

11. Responsibility for Account Security

We are not responsible for any account pullbacks or actions taken on the account after you have logged in and accessed it. Once the account is successfully delivered and the buyer has gained access, we are not held liable for any subsequent events or actions, including but not limited to account bans, theft, or any other issues resulting from the buyer's use of the account.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes made to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes or updates.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from us, whether through our platform or any other means, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service automatically. It is understood that all actions taken by the buyer are bound by these terms, and the buyer acknowledges and agrees to comply with them.
